Exercise
Don’t make it a habit. Make it part of your routine, who you are.
When you get up in the morning you have breakfast, you don’t need to think about it.
If you don’t view exercise as something that has to be done, instead it’s what you want to do — or as a privilege to be able to do — it becomes easier to incorporate into your day.
Remember, fitness and health are about consistency. It doesn’t have to be every single day.
Three times a week, for example, can still bring good results.
Healthy eating is also important. Consider your diet.
You will gradually change, it will become a natural part of your day.
It’s what happened for me. It helps if you have encouragement from others. Marcia, my wife, would ask why I wasn’t going out if a ride was aborted.
She gave me time, without questioning it. She provided the opportunity for me to persue it.
